Cancellation Policy

As we are a small business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business. Therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

 

— We require a 50% downpayment. This is considered your deposit to secure the dates. the downpayment is non-refundable and non-transferable to other services. However, it is re-bookable.


— You can make a deposit or bank transfer and send us a copy of the deposit slip or transfer receipt within 24 hours of making the reservation.


— We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive a notification of payment within 24 hours.


— Cancellation notice of more than 30 days – full refund. (Please note: If your payment was made via Credit/Debit Card, a 10% processing fee and terminal fees will be deducted)


— 14 days or less notice – loss of deposit.


— You may rebook your stay only once, depending on availability of new dates chosen.


— Rebooking can be made only within the same year of original booking.
