Collar & Comb provides a workplace where all employees feel respect. Any form of abuse, physical, verbal, emotional or cyber abuse from within or outside of our organization, will not be tolerated.

Everyone has the right to work in a safe environment. Collar & Comb provides a workplace where physical as well as emotional health are protected.
Facility Standards
General Facility Standards
- Every Collar & Comb branch should be cleaned as necessary for pet and human health.
- Creates, enclosures, tubs and tables must be cleaned between each pet.
- A basic first aid kit is provided in every branch for the benefit of pets and all Collar & Comb personnel.
- Pets are never left unattended.
- All Collar & Comb employees must know the emergency protocol for their branch. Each branch must have the name and contact informa:on of an emergency veterinarian relevant to their loca:on.
- Pet incident reports should be created in the event of any incident and filed. Report should include name and contact number of owner and name, breed, color, age of pet.
- Accurate and updated health records of all Collar & Comb employee must be kept on file.
Pet Housing
- All pets entrusted to Collar & Comb will always be treated with compassion and respect.
- All pet housing must be in good condition, clean, safe, and secure and comfortable for pets.
- Pets should be able to sit, stand and turn around in their provided enclosure.
- Only one pet may be housed per enclosure unless owner consents or requests.
- Pets are provided clean water.
Bathing Areas
- All bathing areas should be well-maintained and clean as well as safe.
- Products and chemicals must be properly labeled and stored away from reach of any pet.
- Tubs or bathing bins should have non-slip bottom surface.
- Leashes or harnesses to secure pets must be available in bathing areas at all times.
- Water temperature should always be checked prior to bathing any pet to prevent discomfort or injury.
Grooming Areas
- Grooming and drying tables should be kept in good conditon and be sturdy.
- Tabletops for grooming should have non-slip surface and should be easy to clean.
- Grooming arms, leashes or harnesses to secure pets must be always available in grooming areas and should be pet friendly, secure, and sturdy.
- All products, tools and accessories and equipment used for grooming should likewise be in good working condi:on, clean, safe, and secure.

We are committed to protecting our client’s personal data and privacy. We collect personal information such as full name, contact number and email address, as well as pet details and payment details. By collecting these, we are able to serve you better and can help us provide you with better customer support.
Retention and protection of personal information
We store your Personal Data only for as long as it is needed to process your orders or provide you with customer care. We do not sell your Personal Data.
